五月天，现今最撼动台湾乐坛的超人气团体是被称为“青春摇滚乐团”的“五月天”。由五个大男孩所组成的五月天，一反一般摇滚乐团给人的粗野印象，呈现出清新健康的青春活力，令人激赏。“五月天”5个成员都不是摇滚“老炮”，至少性格一个个都很温柔。取“五月天”这个团名也有相似的寓意：轻松阳光。摇滚不需要都是厉声暴鼓，“五月天”的摇滚既想让大家High，又要衬托出丝丝温情，真是霸道的温柔。因为都还年轻，“五月天”的音乐不乏热情，却缺少了思考，但青春本来就是这样。最爱是百无聊赖的青春，因为可以去浪费，一副少年不知愁滋味。除了良好的形象外，他们还曾拿下过金曲奖的最佳合唱团体，证明了他们在音乐上的实力也同样毫不含糊。出道几年来，他们一直坚信“没有音乐就没有五月天，没有歌迷就没有可以一辈子玩音乐的五月天”！
