潘美辰（1969年6月30日）出生在台北县的板桥市，是一位台湾创作歌手。1987年4月，潘美辰参加“全国青年创作歌谣比赛”，获优异成绩，并于1988同年与方季惟加入蓝白唱片于歌坛发展。以《我想有个家》一曲广为人认识，至2008年出道刚好20年，发行的专辑与所获奖项无数。她的才华不仅是创作，还包括乐器演奏和现场表演，除了走红于家乡台湾，还遍及中国大陆及香港、新加坡和马来西亚等东南亚国家和地区，演艺版图扩及全球华人
