陈慧琳（Kelly Chen，1972年9月13日－），香港著名女歌手及演员，1972年出生于香港，籍贯上海。早年曾赴日本就读高中，后于纽约帕森斯设计学院修读平面设计。1995年回港加入香港乐坛，并成为大中华区流行乐坛90年代中期仅有的天后级歌手之一，影响力与知名度辐射海内外及亚洲地区。入行近20年来，Kelly形象一直非常健康，其“零绯闻、零走光、零是非、零结党”的形象，被称为四“零”艺人。2008年10月2日，陈慧琳与热恋十六年男友刘建浩（Alex），终于结束爱情长跑，共结连理，2013年2月7日推出最新专辑《Reflection》，共收录了10首粤语歌曲，连续多天于香港及其他国家/地区登上iTunes专辑排行榜，首波主打《So Hot》更成为三个电台冠军歌，更连续于2月25日至3月12日连续三星期登上Red MR红人榜榜首。
