I must admit I should be used to it by now
8pm with the news on way too loud
In my own house
Don't let us go on the internet
I know we're not that innocent
Like we used to no more
Me and my friends rule the irony
While hiding our anxiety

What's good or bad I don't care anymore
'Cause I'm lost in here online's atmosphere
So I'm shutting it down for now
The less I know the better
I've been on walks before but never like the one last week
I've never felt so small getting lost between the trees
Like nature's contemplating who should leave
It might be me
